Pet Health and Safety
While we strive to provide the highest level of care for your beloved pets, unforeseen circumstances can occur.

We take every reasonable precaution to ensure the health and safety of your pets. However, we cannot be held responsible for any illness, injury, loss, or death of a pet that occurs naturally, due to pre-existing conditions, or from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, accidents, natural disasters, or the actions of third parties.

 

Veterinary Emergencies
In the event of a medical emergency, we will make every effort to contact you or your designated emergency contact. If we are unable to reach you, you authorize us to seek veterinary attention for your pet at your specified veterinarian or the closest available veterinary clinic. You understand and agree that all costs associated with veterinary care, including but not limited to examination fees, treatments, medications, and emergency services, are your sole financial responsibility.

By submitting a booking request you confirm that you have read and understand the updates to the booking and cancellation policy. While these updates will take effect on January 1, 2026, you understand that any bookings made for 2026 from now through December 31, 2025, require a 50% deposit, with invoices for these deposits to be issued in January 2026.
